Among all the eyeliners I have purchased, this one is the cheapest and could be easily bought anywhere in my area. But I found the quality a little discouraging. I have oily lids and I found that after approximately 15 minutes of using this product it smudges. I get raccoon eyes so easily its impossible to use this. I keep this pencil lying around and, of course, unused
