HOW TO USE IT

BLUSH

Use #16 Blush Brush to apply Blush to the apples of the cheek.
Sweep any excess across the hairline, bridge of the nose and chin.

VELVET MATTE LIP PENCIL

To create a long-lasting lip look, use as a base to lip color and layer additional lip products on top.
To create dimension, try one shade as a liner and another to fill in the lips.
For three-dimensional definition, follow with lip liner in a slightly deeper shade.
